Store Policy
~We do our best to accurately describe how the dragon looks, all pictures are taken in natural sunlight unless otherwise stated. We provide genetics, sex, and any possible flaws/defects such as a nip or scratch. We reserve the right to withhold parent pictures, but will always provide the genetics of the parents.
~We guarantee that the animal posted available is healthy to the best of our knowledge and provide a 7 day healthy guarantee. Contact us immediately if you have any concerns. These are live animals and may stress during shipping or relocating to a new environment. It is expected that you have done your research and have the proper set up in place before the dragon(s) arrived. Improper care and/or setup will void the guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these actions have not been taken.
~We guarantee live arrival as long as you are there to receive the package on the first attempt. Someone must be home to sign for your new dragon. If someone will not be home let us know so we can make arrangements to have your dragon held for pickup at your local FedEx Hub. All animals are shipped priority overnight. Should an animal arrive dead, you must let me know within 30 minutes of the FedEx time stamp. Pictures and/or videos must also be provided within the 30 minutes. Failure to do either of those results in a void guarantee. **Please note that we do not refund shipping cost. All shipping is added to the cost of your dragon as a flat rate of $55**
~We ship Monday - Wednesday for Tuesday - Thursday delivery. Customers may choose the actual delivery day of their new dragon.
~Pickup is always welcome.
~We can hold for shipping up to a week for your convenience and schedule.
~We reserve the right to refuse shipment if weather dose not meet our standards. The animal’s safety is our first priority. When weather conditions permit we will schedule for shipping.
~ All sales are final!
~Refunds
If a refund is necessary, the bearded dragon must be returned. You may or may not be responsible for the return shipping cost, this will be determined on individual basis. Refunds will result in a store credit.
~We reserve the right to refuse a sale.
~We reserve the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions that we deem necessary
