~~ Terms of Sale ~~
- PayPal is prefered but bank transfer or cash on collection is accepted. Payment plans welcome and full payment also welcome.
- There must be a 25% deposit to secure an animal, deposits are non-refundable as cancellation will mean loss of potential sale that could've been made, any deposit given is to make up for any loss should you decide to cancel, so make sure you definitely want the gecko before putting down a deposit.
- Sexed geckos will only be marked as female or male once at least 16g to guarantee gender, if under 16g I cannot guarantee gender and they will be marked as unsexed, I will not give refunds if you are unhappy with what gender they turn out so make sure you're with buying one already sexed or happy to have either gender for an unsexed gecko.
- Tails Not Covered! I cannot guarantee that the gecko won't drop their tail before, during or after shipping. As tail dropping can happen randomly and does not affect the gecko or it's value, it is not covered and refunds won't be given if a tail drop occurs."
- 7 Day Heath Guarantee: If you find any problems or are unhappy with your gecko let me know within 48 hours after you received the gecko. Let me know of any illness, injury or death that occurs within 7 days of purchase with picture evidence as proof and you can get either a replacement gecko sent, credit for a future purchase at Flying Fox Geckos, or refund upon return of the gecko to me if the problem happened on my end. If accidents, illness or injury occur in your care as a result of poor husbandry you are responsible for it, so make sure you do your research on the animal before buying.
- In the event I am wrong with sexing 16g+ gecko contact me within 48 hours for a replacement switch or credit towards a future one of the correct gender.
- I will keep contact with you but if you stop all contact or response for 4 weeks or stop payments without contacting me for 4 weeks I will assume you no longer want the gecko and any payments made so far will be forfeit to me as compensation for holding the gecko for you, so make sure you keep in touch or continue payments as agreed.
- Any payments that will be late or need to change dates due to personal circumstances or due to money being late paid to you then please contact me asap so I can note down the new payment dates.
- Either you can arrange the courier or I can arrange a courier on my end for you and let you know when the next delivery run they do is, you can send payment for the courier to me which I'll pass on to the courier, make sure to send payment before the delivery run you are booked on starts or your booking will be cancelled until the next run which could be the following month.
- If you are unhappy with any courier service used, or if problems occur due to the courier used, please contact them directly.
- If the gecko is sold on to a new owner the responsibility of the safe sale of the gecko lies with you to find them an appropriate home and the new owner will be responsible once the gecko is in their care. The 7 day guarantee lies only with the buyer from me directly, not with any future owners within that time.
