My name is Alyssa Leonard, here we have spent time and dedication acquiring and investing into our collection. I am a small breeder in Chattanooga, averaging about 20-75 clutches a year. Payment Methods: **Policy Change** Effective 5-14-2021 we will no longer accept PayPal in any form there will be no exceptions**
Payment plans (details below) will be worked out on an individual basis and will be done through Square Invoicing , cash app, Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle. The only other payment options at this time are cash.
Due to frequent Fed Ex delays on Monday’s right now we are temporarily only shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only for pickup at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. Fed Ex is overwhelmed right now and this is the only way to guarantee the animal is safely delivered to you. In the event of an extreme hardship (hub over 30 miles away) we may make an exception but only if weather is near perfect and only at the advice of our shipping agent at Reptiles2You. In the event we do agree to a residential delivery, signature will be required for the rare residential delivery and failure to be present for the first delivery attempt will nullify all live arrival guarantees!
DOA claims must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the Fed Ex timestamp noting pickup for Hub deliveries. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver you a healthy well packaged animal!
Sex, 100% Hets and health at arrival are always guaranteed. Due to the growing number of genes being proven and worked with we can no longer 100% guarantee the non recessive genetics in our animals. When we have an animal in question we ask numerous breeders in our network to help ID them and make every effort to identify exactly what is in each animal, but some genes are hidden or are expressed very differently in some combinations so we can no longer be 100% sure anymore at times. We often check with top breeders we network with and at times they cannot even agree on positive IDs on some animals. The same is true for every breeder working with a lot of multi-gene animals and theoretical ID is becoming the norm. We do however label any gene as "possible" if we aren't almost certain it is there and would never intentionally sell something with an incorrect genetic ID.
Weights listed are current and updated every 3-4 weeks but may vary since hatchlings grow at a fast pace. If you would like a current exact weight just let us know!
We cannot provide any guarantees other than those stated above because we cannot always know the conditions the animal is coming into. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone we do not think will provide proper care or we believe to be buying for resale. We do not accept returns outside the listed guarantees in our store terms.
Shipping in the continental US is $60 flat rate for all animals under 1000g and $75 for animals or combined animal shipments over 1000g. Shipping is free on any animal or combined orders of $1000 or greater regardless of weight!
Local pickup available by meetup appointment in Chattanooga Tennessee as well!
Shipping is weather dependent and may vary on holidays and other special circumstances. We only ship for home delivery when temps are no higher than 90 and no lower than 40 degrees here, at the connecting hub as well as the destination Hub but there is some significant wiggle room with hub pickups.
Payment plans available on purchases $500 or greater require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance due no more than 30 days after initial payment. For amounts $1000 and up the balance is due no more than 60 days after initial payment. Arrangements can be made for one payment plan extension of 30 days with an added fee of 10% of the original total sales price including shipping. Any balances not paid in full by the deadline or that do not arrange an extension of their payment plan in advance of the deadline will forfeit all monies paid. All sales are final.
