Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE:
Shipping is only available in the continental United States. Shipments are Mon-Wed using FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptiles2You. All packages will be held at a local FedEx Ship Center for pickup, no residential deliveries. Shipment costs are included in the listed price, there are no additional fees. Once total payment has been received, a shipment date can be scheduled. Shipments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Shipment will only occur if weather is between 60 and 85 degrees. Geckos are shipped at a minimum of 5 grams.
Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, Zelle, and cash. Payment plans are available on orders exceeding a minimum of $500. Payments are to the extent of 30 days with a 25% deposit on the total amount of your purchase. Geckos, along with deposits, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please be sure before you buy.
In the case of a dead arrival, proof must be shown within an hour of pickup. Shipments must be secured within two hours after status “available for pickup” is specified by FedEx. Ensuring pickup instructions were followed, a replacement gecko of choosing with an equal value cost will be shipped. Failure to provide proof of the dead arrival within an hour of pickup will make this statement void. Buyer is responsible if failure to follow pickup instructions results in a dead arrival. Delayed or lost packages with dead arrival outcomes will be sent a replacement gecko; buyer must cover additional shipping costs. It is important to note that refunds are not issued.
Dropped tails will not be issued a refund or replacement gecko. Evidentially, dropping a tail does not affect the health, breeding, or genetic value of the gecko. It simply is cosmetic. This can happen due to stress from shipment.
