Store Policy
Terms & Conditions
All shipping via OVERNIGHT FedEx to your local hub when the weather is safe to do so. We will hold your animals until it is safe to ship. A tracking number will be provided. Live arrival of a healthy animal is guaranteed.
If anything other than a healthy animal arrives, it is Buyer's responsibility to notify Seller within one hour of receiving the animal.
Payment is through PayPal and required in full at time of sale. Alternative payment options including cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc may be available at Buyer's request and only with Seller's permission. Buyer is responsible for all fees incurred to the Seller through online payment portals (ie; Paypal 3% fee.)
Payment Plans are available. 20% Non-Refundable Deposit.
Sexing: All animals-unless otherwise stated-will be sexed before the time of purchase. Buyer has 10 days to confirm or challenge the sex of the animal(s) they receive in order to receive a replacement or refund, after which Buyer forfeits the right to replacement or refund based on a mis-diagnosed sex.
Genetics Guarantee: All 100% hets are guaranteed.
Health Guarantee: We only sell 100% healthy snakes. Our animals receive a veterinary exam prior to shipment. If you feel something is wrong with your reptile, a veterinary medical exam performed by an experienced or ABVP reptile veterinarian will be required. We quarantine all new snakes that enter our facility, we suggest you do the same.
If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time Fedex provides online. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee.
1. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
2. Shipping anywhere except a Fedex Hub.
3. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 32°F or over 99°F.
4. Animals held for pickup at a Fedex location must be picked up the same day as arrival.
5. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided.
Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.
