Store Policy
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there are any problems please contact DC's within 24 hours of arrival.
Payment Plans:
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold animal and the buyer will have 30, 60 or 90 days to pay off the remaining balance. Time period will depend on the price of animal. This will be agreed upon by both parties (seller and buyer) before the payment plan begins.
Shipping:
Animals will be shipped via FedEx next day delivery. DC's ships Tuesday – Wednesday excluding holidays which FedEx observes. DC's will only ship when temperatures are above 45°F and below 90°F. If temperatures are beyond those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.
We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments when shipped directly to FedEx Ship Centers for customer pickup. DC's will make sure that all snakes are properly shipped in appropriate packaging with heating or cooling elements. Animals shipped to an address other than a FedEx Ship Center are not guaranteed. Traveling around in a very hot or very cold delivery truck all day isn't a good idea.
If there is any special request regarding delivery, please notify DCs directly via email or phone.
