Payment:
Payments are typically done through PayPal or Zelle
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are welcome with 25% non refundable deposit. I am flexible with payment plans but they are typically 1-3 months depending on the price of the animal. Shipping will not occur until payment is cleared and received in full.
Shipping:
I currently ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays Fedex overnight through ShipYourReptiles. I follow all of their temperature guidelines, shipping standards and policies. I strongly recommend hub to hub shipping, it is the safest option for the animals. I can ship to a home address with signature required but this will void the live arrival guarantee listed below.
Guarantees:
Live arrival and genetics guaranteed. Animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed and healthy upon arriving.
If there are any issues or concerns after unboxing, notify me as soon as possible. I must be notified within 4hrs of receiving the shipment to remain in compliance with SYR live arrival insurance in the event of an unlikely DOA.
