Here at Geckodex Reptiles, we have our sights set on one thing: to be your favorite distributor of beautiful, head-turning geckos. With our focus primarily on leopard geckos (for now), we promise to deliver some of the most impressive and healthy geckos you can purchase. ORDERS:
When you find a gecko you are interested in, please send an email to [email protected], (or inquire through MorphMarket), and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
SHIPPING:
We currently only ship within the United States. We will only ship an animal once full payment is received. Once it is received, you will be contacted so we can arrange the shipment. We ship animals Monday-Wednesday for delivery on Tuesday-Thursday. Animals are shipped through FedEx Priority Overnight. We prefer that someone be home to sign for the package so the animal can be unpacked as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will hold the package at the FedEx office for you to pick up. Priority overnight orders are typically delivered by 10:30 A.M. to most locations. If you live in a rural area, the delivery may be later than 10:30 A.M. Tracking numbers will be provided to you as soon as the shipment is processed. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions about shipping.
The shipping rate depends on your location. We mainly use Reptiles2You to ship our animals. You can contact us with your zip code to determine how much shipping will cost. The cost will reflect the actual shipping cost as well as packaging materials.
We reserve the right to delay shipment due to inclement weather.
GUARANTEES
Live arrival of any animals you have ordered is guaranteed, as long as someone is home to sign for the animal and it was unpacked as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that an animal does not survive, please contact us immediately. We require the animal be shipped back to us, as well as photos of the animal in the original packaging to confirm. We can try to find a replacement animal to send you, give you store credit for the amount of the animal, or refund your order. We reserve the right to refuse the live arrival guarantee in the event of improper care. Please be ready to receive the animal and care for it properly!
Our animals are guaranteed to be healthy and eating. Animals will not be placed up for sale unless this is the case. Please note: animals need to adapt to their new surroundings after being shipped and will usually not eat for a short time (sometimes up to a month). This does not affect the animals' health, and they will resume eating once they are comfortable. Please see our care guide for more info.
Our animals are also guaranteed to be exactly as they are described. All 100% hets are guaranteed to be 100% hets. Animals are guaranteed to be sexed properly unless sold as unsexed. If sold as unsexed, we will provide the temperature at which the animal was incubated (this does not guarantee the sex of the animal but is a very good estimation).
We will also provide any abnormalities of the animal in its description and they will be reflected in the price.
