Geckodiction is a small breeder of high quality geckos devoted to fullfilling the needs of the gecko addict.
Store Policy
****SHIPPING AND HANDLING****
1} We provide shipping and handling to all of the lower 48 states and do not ship outside the U.S.
2) All animals are shipped are VIA Fed-ex overnight for a scheduled 10:00 AM delivery next day through Reptiles Express (our preferred shipping provider). We will only ship when weather conditions and temperatures are considered safe enough on both ends for the animals to transport to their destination. (e.g., temperatures between 40 degrees and 90 degrees Fahrenheit, snow storms, blizzards, hurricane zones, and other areas recently affected by a natural disaster.) We reserve the right to hold the animals until the weather temperatures and conditions are deemed safe for safe delivery.
4) Geckodiction does guarantee live arrival. In the unfortunate circumstance that an animal does arrive deceased or injured, we must be contacted within one hour the package arrives to its destination and in your possession. Photo proof of the deceased animal must also be sent to us VIA email or Facebook messenger. In the unlikely event that an animal does arrive deceased, the animal will be replaced with a similar animal depending on availability, or store credit if no other animal is available at the time. If we are contacted outside the one hour window it will negate our agreement. We also have to right to void our agreement if will feel that any malicious intent is involved or that nothing was done on our part to cause the animals passing. With all of this aside, above everything, our animals wellfare is more important than anything else and we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that every animal arrives safe and sound to their new owner. Cost is not an issue with us.
****TERMS OF SALE****
1) You must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal from Geckodiction.
2) For payment methods we accept checks, money orders, and paypal, Our preferred method of payment is paypal for fastest and safest transaction. We realize that paypal may not be an option for everyone, so we accept checks and money orders as well. For checks there is a mandatory hold period of 10 days to ensure that the check is cleared before shipping an animal to the purchaser. 3) Geckodiction guarantees that our animals are extremely healthy active, alert, energetic and free from any ailments, but we still always recommend an industry standard of a 90 day quarantine period for newly acquired animals. That means that we recommend that your new animals be keep alone for 90 days to give them time to acclimate to there new home. This will not only help to keep at bay any kind of unnecessary stress to your animal, but it will also help by give the owner the opportunity to get familiar with the animals feeding and behavioral patterns. If for any reason your newly acquired animal has any problems do to their new transition like going off of feed, behavior abnormalities, etc., always feel free to contact us for assistance. We are here for you and your animal every step of the way.
4) We guarantee that any animal that we have listed is 100% as being the morph or phenotype being represented. If we are in anyway unclear about the genetic recessives that said animal may or may not carry, we will provide you with that information. We are also always more than happy to provide you with any background information on the animals lineage. We don't however 100% guarantee the sex of hatchlings and juveniles under 25 grams. We do use TSD (temperature sex determination) methods when incubating the eggs of our eublepharis species which is accurate 90% of the time, but we have had some fool us in the past which is why we can't make any such guarantee.
5) Geckodiction does not accept returns in most cases, but will always do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We are willing to work with you in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves in customer service and do what we can to keep the gecko addict coming back :)
6) Geckodiction is more than willing to hold an animal that you are interested in just let us know about the animal you are interested in and we'll put it on hold for up to 30 days. All we ask is that you put a minimum of 20% of the purchase price of the animal with which to be put on hold. If in 30 days the animal is not paid for in full, the deposit will be forfeited to Geckodiction.
7) Geckodiction also accepts payment plans on orders $300 or more. If you are really serious about an animal, but don't necessarily have the funds to pay in full please contact us about and we'll work with you.
8) Geckodiction reserves the right to deny the sale of our animals to any individual or party we feel would not properly and responsibly care for our animals.
