Store Policy
If you are interested in an animal, please contact us immediately to inquire about your order, as animals available are on a first come, first serve basis. You can contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include the ID for the animal(s) you're interested in.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Gecko Labs accepts payments by PayPal. Credit cards and debit cards can be accepted through PayPal.
Payment plans are welcome on orders over $400 (before shipping) with at least 25% *NON-REFUNDABLE* deposit, and are sorted on an individual basis. Please note that deposits are non refundable, but may be applied to another animal of your choice. If you lapse on your payment plan, then all deposits are forfeited. If you have a special circumstance please contact us and we will try to work out an arrangement.
You must be 18 years old to purchase an animal, or have parental consent.
All animals are sold as listed and represented at the time of listing. We will not entertain requests for additional photos. We put a lot of time and effort into ensuring the photos represent them as accurately as possible, and only take new photos when updating a listing. For pore checks, or temperature sexing, any notes are simply observations and not guarantees. Only animals explicitly listed as male or female are guaranteed to be the specified sex. If an animal is being held waiting for shipping weather and/or export, there will be no additional photos or pore checks provided.
Shipping
Gecko Labs ships via Reptiles2You, always using FedEx Overnight express, resulting in a typical delivery by 10:30am on the scheduled delivery date. Please be aware of your local laws in keeping reptiles. Currently we ship throughout the contiguous US (continental states, excluding Alaska.) We are amendable to exporting, though this is at the expense and effort of the buyer.

We ship live animals overnight only on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We also drop off all shipments to a Fedex hub, to avoid additional drivers handling the packages, and minimize the amount of time the animals spend in the package. Shipping will be arranged with the customer only when payments have been received in full.
Shipping for domestic (US) orders is $60 flat. Local pickups at shows we are vending or attending are also welcomed, in which case, there will be no shipping costs.
Guarantee
Live arrival is guaranteed for all animals unless the animal is potentially ovulating/gravid, in which case the customer will be forewarned.
The live arrival guarantee will be voided if no one is available to receive the package, or if receipt is not confirmed via PM, email, or phone within an hour of delivery. If your animal has a rapid decline in health following shipment, compensation may be awarded on a case-by-case basis, depending on situation and especially depending on the husbandry conditions on the customer's end.
*Animals dead on arrival require immediate photo evidence within an hour of receipt, and email to inform us of the incident.*
By placing an order for a live animal, you are acknowledging you have read and agreed to these terms.
---International orders---
All international orders must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice. The exports are up to the customer to arrange through their preferred broker, and must be scheduled within 30 days of ordering, to take place no more than 90 days after ordering. If you fail to make export arrangements within the first 30 days, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
