Geckonerd is focused on producing quality animals, raising them with optimal care from the egg, and finding the perfect home for each one.
-All sales are final. We have a zero-return policy. Although, we do have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) once it arrives at the destination.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
- Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- Any DEPOSIT(S) made toward the total purchase price of the animal(s) are NONREFUNDABLE.

Shipping Terms:
GeckoNerd always puts the safety of the gecko first when considering shipping. We ship with FED EX priority overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area your order may arrive between 12-4pm. For locations with weather below 50 degrees at night or above 80 during the day we may require you to pickup from a Fedex Shipping Center near you. Please bring your state issued ID and Fedex tracking number we provide you with when pickup up from a Fedex Ship Center. If we are shipping door to door you must be present to sign for your box. Shipping cost is a $50 flat rate anywhere within the continental U.S. If you are local to Miami and would like to pickup, we can schedule a convenient day together.
