Store Policy
Payment Plans are welcome on orders over $150! 25% down is required to hold a Gecko or Skink and the Balance + Shipping costs must be paid in full before we ship our reptiles. If a customer is not able to pay their balance for any reason the holding fee will become store credit. The customer must pay in full within 30 days after the holding fee is paid.
You must be 18 or older to purchase our reptiles. If you’re under 18 then you need a guardian to purchase our reptiles. After the transaction, your setup may be asked before shipping.
We are currently shipping US, UK, Canada, and many other international countries! The shipping cost in the US is roughly between $45-$65 depending on how Far East you are located. International shipping will be over
$100-200 for legal export documents.
We ship MON-THURS using FedEx Priority Overnight with REPTILES2YOU (weather permitting).
Leopard gecko(s) or Red-Eyed Crocodile Skink(s) are given 48 hours health warranty and are guaranteed to be healthy. In the very unlikely event that a gecko is dead on arrival, you must send us a photo or video for a replacement. Once it’s proved we will replace the reptile with the similar one or provide you a credit to purchase our future reptiles. However, we will not cover the new shipping costs. Priority Overnight shipping is very safe and I would not ship reptiles if the temperature is not safe for the reptile.
We accept all payment processors including PayPal and Venmo. We will make arrangements for shipping after purchases have cleared.
The price of the Red-Eyed Crocodile Skink or Leopard Gecko does not include shipping. Live arrival guarantee. The Red-Eyed Crocodile Skinks will not be shipped in extreme temperatures (over 95 F) and will only be shipped to legal states. No sales for Red-Eyed Crocodile Skinks in Hawaii and Alaska.
