Store Policy
All animals are healthy, feeding; and correctly sexed to the best of my abilities. Buyer is responsible for checking the sex of the animal with 24 hours of delivery. If the sex of the animal differs than the posting, you must notify the seller and provide video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Genetics are identified to the best of my ability. In rare cases, an animal may not prove out as identified. I use clutch mates and previous clutches to help identify the animals. I also consult with other breeders if there is a gene in question. 100% hets, 66% hets, 50% hets, and possible hets are as accurate as to my knowledge.
Free shipping on orders over $1000. All animal are shipped via shipYourReptiles.com.
Shipping within the 48 states only. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 40-90ºF on both ends. If the animal is DOA, please provide proof of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The receipt time is based off the time the package arrives at the specified address and determined by FedEx. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
IMPORTANT: The guarantee is based on shipyourreptiles and fedex's insurance policies which may change. Please refer to their policies as they supersede that of which is written in the above paragraph.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $500 or more with a minimum deposit of 20% and the order must be paid in full within 30 days of the initial deposit. All deposits are non refundable.
Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception of animals that have recieved an initial deposit.
All sales are final, credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund.
