Store Policy
-Payments by PayPal, bank transfer or Cash on collection. (Paypal payments as friends/family or pay PayPal fee)
-£50 or 25% if over £200 non refundable deposit required to secure, final balance needs to be paid in a reasonable timescale.
-Courier can be arranged at buyers expense, if using courier I will require a £20 non refundable deposit for the courier, courier can not be booked until this is paid. Once the courier is paid in full I can’t guarantee a refund of courier fee as that is at the couriers discretion. Animals will not be shipped if a balance is outstanding. Changing your mind is not a good reason for a full refund. If issues arise with courier I will endeavour to resolve these but I can not be held responsible for delays or missed drop offs.
-Payment plans available, £50 deposit or 25% deposit over £200 and agreed weekly/monthly payments must be made.
