Store Policy
25% non refundable deposit secures anything for upto 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Free UK courier on all purchases over £500. When paid in full at point of purchase. First £50 of courier covered for people in Scotland.
Payment plans considered upto 3 months, just send me a message, with payment dates and amounts that are manageable for you.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to setup a payment plan. The minimum monthly payment is £150 per month, I will try to work with you to find another solution if you have difficulties and you contact me in advance of any due date. Any agreed discount or offers from the original listed price, is based on you making all payments on time. All payments made on a payment plan are non refundable. A credit note may be issued at our discretion.
Collection preferred but if an animal requires a courier, this can be arranged for you, or you can arrange your own.
All animals are as advertised, and will leave in the best of health. We guarantee the sex, and any hets on animals listed as 100% het, however, all though every effort is made to correctly identify all genes in animals, due to the complex genetic combinations of some we cannot guarantee co-dom genes.
