Store Policy
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding properly and properly sexed. We hold all animals until 3 successful feedings before any shipping.
All animals are shipped to your door via FedEx Priority Overnight (RE). Shipping dates must be agreed upon by both parties. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 35-95ºF on both ends. If a residential or business delivery and the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email with a video of entire animal attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $550.00, the minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within eight weeks. All deposits are non refundable. If for any reason you cannot continue with a payment plan any payments after the initial 25% deposit will be credited towards another animal. Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception for which animals where deposit has been received. All sales of live animals are Final... after 48hours no exchange can be done on any animals period. Credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. USA shipping only.
