Store Policy
OVERRIDE OF MORPHMARKET'S DEFAULT STORE POLICY
The below terms override Morphmarket’s Default Store Policy and are a binding agreement between the seller and buyer. All other terms of Morphmarket’s Default Store Policy apply.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an animal from our store.
SHIPMENT DATE AND PICKUP TIME (we only ship to FedEx hubs for pickup)
Shipment dates are always subject to when we determine that weather is suitable at both shipping and receiving locations. We ship overnight Monday through Wednesday for pickup at your hub at 9 am. You will have to be able to be at your hub in the morning on time on your agreed-upon pickup day.
ABOUT HOLDS
We hold geckos when paid in full or after entering into a payment plan commencing with a 25% deposit.
LIMITED SEX GUARANTEE
Sex is guaranteed with adult geckos. Sex is not guaranteed with any other stage of development because, occasionally, a gecko shows itself as a late bloomer. We do our best with pore sexing under magnification.
PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE
Entering into a payment plan means you have fully agreed to the following terms and understand that there will be no exceptions.
There are 4 payments, and each is 25% of the total order amount:
1st payment - due to reserve the gecko(s)
2nd payment - due the Friday after the first payment
3rd payment - due the second Friday after the first payment
4th payment - due the third Friday after the first payment
The balance will be paid in full within three weeks on this schedule. The fourth week is a grace period. If a balance remains 30 days after the deposit, there will be a complete forfeiture of the entire order, and the animals will be considered abandoned. The animals will then be relisted for sale. There are no refunds on abandoned animals. Payment plans are binding and may not be canceled for any reason. There are no exceptions. We ship when the payment plan has been paid in full.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We will refund the purchase of the animal if it is dead on arrival. Fortunately for our animals and buyers, we have never had this happen. To qualify: within 25 minutes of the package being marked as arrived at the FedEx hub per the tracking information, (7) pictures and (7) 7-second videos showing clearly the dead animal from every side must be taken and submitted to [email protected] to prove that the animal was DOA. We will gladly refund the animal purchase if the proof is clear and convincing (seller's discretion).
REFUND POLICY
We will only provide a refund under our Live Arrival Guarantee. We do not refund for perceived color differences, tail nips, dropped tails, scars, missing nails, missing toes, extra toes, overbite, underbite, shed, skeletal defects, floppy tail syndrome, missing pins, any other blemish, or circumstance.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARING FOR THE ANIMAL
By purchasing the animal, the buyer is solely responsible (upon the pickup of the animal) for all of the animal's needs, including veterinary care. The buyer provides all of the following for the animal, including but not limited to: an appropriate sized, clean enclosure with sufficient humidity; Pangea crested gecko food; fresh water; weekly calcium-dusted crickets; a lay box containing a moist substrate for females; and veterinary care if the need arises. The buyer agrees not to house two males together (they will fight to the death) and not to overbreed males (males can quickly lose interest in eating when overbred and can die from this).
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
