Store Policy
Payment Policy:
A non refundable payment of 10% or $100, which ever is greater, is required to hold an animal. No animal will be shipped or picked up before the bill is paid in full. Payment plans must be completed and paid off within 2 months of initial down payment or additional fees may occur. Payment plans MUST be executed with frequent communication and bi-weekly payments unless a specific agreement has been reached. Once a customer has paid in full, he or she may pick up the animal or shipping will proceed according to our shipping policy. By sending your first payment, you acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.
Shipping Policy:
We ship Fedex Priority Overnight, in padded insulated reptile safe boxes with heat packs or cold packs according to what the weather requires. When shipping, the snakes safety is our number one priority. We guarantee live arrival of our snakes, if they are received on the first attempt of delivery. We are not responsible for currier delays, therefore it is the customers responsibility to identify weather delays in his or her area that could effect delivery. We will not ship if day time lows are below 40°F, or highs are above 100°F in any of the areas the shipment goes through. Including: departure city, destination city and any major FedEx hub the snake may travel through.
