Payment:
All payments must be made in full before shipping is arranged. Currently accepting U.S. Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks, and direct bank transfers via Zelle. Due to PayPal’s funding of HSUS, I no longer accept PayPal.
Payment plans are available for purchases over $500. 20% down payment is required which is non-refundable. Specific terms should be discussed and agreed on on an individual basis.
Shipping:
Shipping is done via ShipYourReptiles or Reptiles Express. Each snake is packaged in an appropriate sized cotton bag, nested in shredded paper and placed in a foam insulated box. Heat packs are used if needed, we have experience shipping in all weather conditions and have never had any problems. Shipping dates will be arranged with the buyer and changes made if needed. Live arrival is guaranteed. All shipping is hub to hub departing from Pittsburgh International Airport.
Guarantee:
All Boas sold are guaranteed to be in perfect health, feeding, and properly sexed. If any problems exist or you are simply not happy with your purchase please contact me immediately to resolve the issue. If notified within 48 hrs. of receipt that you are unhappy with your purchase I will replace or refund the purchase.
Documentation:
Generally we only sell boas produced here. Including detailed and photographic lineage information as far back as is available. In the event that you purchase a locale specific boa from CITES permitted founder stock you will receive a copy of the permit for the parents as further documentation for your own records. With all purchases a complete and personalized receipt will be printed and signed. Our receipts include pictures of the animal purchased, its parents, and further genealogy if available through our decades of breeding projects; as well as information for us and the buyer, and will be personally signed.
On special occasions we will offer boas from our personal collection for sale, these will include copies of any paperwork received when we purchased these animals.
