Store Policy

Payment:
PayPal or Venmo via Goods and Services are my preferred sources of payment. If you do not have PayPal, we can possibly find something else that will work. For a gecko to be placed on hold, I require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit, if a payment plan is agreed upon. (See payment plan terms here: https://www.facebook.com/notes/girlzilla-crested-geckos/payment-plan-policy/10152320326159707). Even if there is no payment plan, 25% will always be non-refundable. If payment plan is completed but you are not able to receive the animal by the agreed upon date (with exception to weather related delays), late fees of $10/week will be applied. If contact is attempted and there is no response after either 3 tries or 1 week, the sale will be void and refunded, minus the deposit.

If you have not had a gecko shipped to you before, I’m happy to help you through the process! Shipping is done through FedEx, via priority overnight shipping with arrival by 10:30 am the next day. I prefer to ship to a hub rather than your house, but ultimately the decision is up to you. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as you are there to receive the package immediately once it is delivered (if receiving at home), but after that, care is in your hands. However, if something happens during the next couple of weeks after delivery please contact me immediately so I can assess the situation. In the extremely unlikely event a gecko is deceased upon arrival, please call or email me immediately--I will require photo and/or video proof. If it is determined to be the fault of FedEx, you will be refunded in full. Shipping can be stressful, so tails are not guaranteed to make it through shipment OR during extensive hold periods.
I reserve the right to cancel a sale for any time for any reason, if this is the case your entire payment will be refunded.
