All animals will be honestly represented, properly sexed and 100% healthy at the time of delivery.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify GL Reptiles within 24 hours
If any animal's arrive DOA we need to be notified with an unboxing video within 1 hour of you receiving the animal. If the animal is not picked up from the FedEx hub within 1 hours of the animal being "available for pickup" live arrival guarantee will be void
SHIPPING: I ship via FedEx priority overnight, Monday-Wednesday, conditions permitting. $60 flat rate shipping for any purchase under $1000 (adult's are a flat rate shipping charge of $80).
PAYMENT PLANS: available on animals $1000 and up with a 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance due typically within 30 days, longer payment plans available on select animals. No payment plans are offered on adult females at this time.
HEALTH GUARANTEE: All animals are 100% guaranteed to be healthy and feeding
GENETICS GUARANTEE: Because of the increasingly complex projects, we can't 100% guarantee accuracy on CoDom genes in our animals. Animals will be identified to the best of our ability and we will never intentionally mislead a customer regarding the genetic's of an animal. (Recessive gene's & Het's are always fully guaranteed)
