About
We have been into reptiles and breeding them for +10 years.
Over all those years we were hobbyists named Guardian Geckos (Farah) & Under Constriction Reptiles (Bert) until 2018 when we decided to make Goldline Reptiles into a official business on the side.

By purchasing a animal(s) from us or depositing a down payment, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our terms.

SELLER’S GUARANTEES :
-------------------------------
We will never edit our photos in a way that will create an unrealistic expectation of the animal.
We will snap quick cell phone photos if asked at our discretion.
Professional photos will be taken only for ads.
All ads will have photos updated periodically to be the most up-to-date appearance of the animal.
Animals will be in good health when send, and will never be significantly misrepresented in weight. Cosmetic flaws will be clearly notated in the ad.

We will accept payment through PayPal & Bankaccount (Prefered).
You must be 18 years or older to purchase a animal(s).
We have the right to refuse sale of our animals to anyone that we consider unfit to properly care for them. Animals will be sold to the person from whom we first receive payment.
We will not hold a animal for any reason without payment.
Animal sales will be payed directly to Goldline Reptiles.
Price of shipping will be payed directly to you're choice of shipping company, as you will need to contact them and let them know that you bought a animal(s) of us and are using their shipping service, you will then need to fill in a shipping document with my info and you're info and what animal(s) you are receiving from them.

PAYMENT PLANS :

Payment plans are available only on orders starting at 500€.
To place an animal on "hold" the seller must pay at least 25% of the purchase price.
Payment plan duration will be determined on a case by case basis and will be left to the discretion of the seller.
Payment plans that are not completed before the agreed due date will have a reminder sent in advance of the due date.
Should the buyer fail to complete the plan, or fail to contact the seller to make arrangements, the seller has the right to reclaim the animal.
The seller will give the buyer store credit equal to what was paid (minus the 25% deposid) and the ownership of the animal(s) will return to the seller.
Should the buyer fail to follow through on any arrangements made, the seller has the right to reclaim the animal at that point.
If a buyer who has paid in full for an order fails to respond to any contact attempts by the seller over the course of one month, the animal will be considered abandoned and reclaimed by the seller, and the buyer will be offered store credit when he/she would finally reply.

SEXING & WEIGHT :

Animal sex will be labelled as accurately as possible in the ad.
Sex is only guaranteed on animals labelled specifically male or female.
Animal weights are rounded to the nearest whole number.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING :

We ship international at least 4 times a year at the expense of the buyer
(inquire to see if shipping to your country is available).
The animals can be picked up at any Reptile Expo that we are tending in
Belgium - France - Germany - Italy - The Netherlands
Home pickup are also possible with a appointment.
Live arrival guarantee and heath guarantee are both void when shipping internationally.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that someone is at the shipping address on the day the package is scheduled to arrive, or is picking the animal up from the hub.
If you are shipping to a hub, animals must be picked up before or around noon. If you need to pick up later in the day, please inform the seller and shipping company prior to shipping the animal.
