About
GSR was established in 2012 after many years of collecting and breeding reptiles as a hobby. Our top priorities are the health of our animals, and establishing a satisfied and growing customer base. We specialize in ball pythons, which have been hand selected based on morph, color, pattern and uniqueness.
Store Policy
PAYMENTS and PLANS:
We accept payments via Paypal or Zelle. Credit and Debit cards are no longer accepted.
Payment plans are available and require a 25% deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be used towards another animal of equal or greater value.
- We do not provide multiple animal purchase or military discounts on payment plans.
- Animal(s) up to $500 must be paid within 30 days
- Animal(s) from $501 to $1000 must be paid within 60 days
- Animal(s) over $1000 must be paid within 90 days
SHIPPING:
We ship within the continental U.S.
- Shipping rates vary, but should range between $35 to $75, depending on distance of shipment, size and weight of container.
- Buyer will pay the actual cost of shipping.
- Exception - We will not ship to locations where we are aware of laws that ban ownership of boids.
- We guarantee live arrival if someone is available to receive the animal upon delivery and when temperatures are above 40 and below 90.
- Since the onset of COVID 19, FedEx continues to see a high volume of packages. Because of this, we ship from Hub to Hub and no longer ship to home address.
- In the unforeseen event that an animal arrives dead, extremely rare), immediate contact with photos of the animal will be required. We will work with you to ensure you receive a suitable replacement or refund, based on circumstances.
- In the event an animal is lost or stolen in shipment, we work diligently with our shipper to resolve these issues. - - These situations may also prompt a suitable replacement or refund.
- We use industry standard shipping boxes purchased from our shipper.
- Heat or cold packs are used based on temperatures. In some cases, we use cryopaks, which are designed to keep the internal temperature of the box more moderate and in the mid 70's.
- GSR does not charge a fee for boxes, heat/cold packs or other associated shipping supplies. We absorb these costs as a business expense.
GSR GUARANTEE:
- Our animals are guaranteed healthy and properly sexed.
- Genetics are guaranteed to the best of our ability. We will not over sell an animal. We list parental pairing.

We are here to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with all aspects of their purchase and experience. From inquiries, to after the sell, we want your communication and repeat business. Whether you buy from GSR or not, I will gladly answer any question and help guide you to the purchase that is right for you.
ALL Sells are Final! We do not accept return on animals.
