About
Lovett Ball Pythons is a boutique breeder located in Orange County, CA. We are a mother and son team choosing to focus our efforts on the Clown and Pied morphs. Of course within these morphs comes great variety, so, the sky's the limit! Here at LBP we strive to produce high quality, healthy animals to share with the serious breeder, hobbyist and pet owner alike. Customer service is of paramount importance to us and we encourage communication both during and after an animal has been delivered.
Store Policy
Shipping
• All snakes are professionally packed with shipping materials specifically designed to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. Heat or cold packs are used in all shipments if required.
• We do not ship in extreme conditions and will not ship when temperatures are below 40° or above 90° for the safety of the snake.
• We guarantee live and healthy delivery of all Ball Pythons but the package needs to be received in person and receipt acknowledged within 2 hours either by email, text or a phone call. In the highly unlikely event that your snake arrives DOA, contact us immediately. Please do not freeze or dispose of the snake.
• We prefer to ship on Monday to Wednesday and encourage shipping to Hubs rather than front doors to avoid further stress on your snake and to help avoid any mishaps.
• Free shipping to anywhere in continental US for all orders over $1000. Shipping at cost for all other orders. Please email for details.
Health and Gender Guarantee
• Health is guaranteed for 48 hours.
• Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
• All Ball Pythons sold by LBP are guaranteed to be eating exactly as described when sold. I will not sell any animal that is not eating well.
Payment and payment plans
• We are able to accept payment via Square, PayPal, Check or Money Order.
• We do accept payment plans and will work as follows:
• A Deposit of 25% is required to hold an animal on a payment plan. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.
Animals under $250 are NOT eligible for a payment plan.
Animals between $250 and $500, 30 day plan, with balance due within 30 days of initial deposit.
Animals between $500 and $1000, 60 day plan, with balance due within 60 days of initial deposit.
Animals priced over $1000, 90 day plan, with balance due within 90 days of initial deposit.
• Once again, deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. If your plan is entering into default please contact us before it's too late. We understand that life happens and may be able to work with you. If an agreement cannot be made or you are unable to complete the purchase, your animal will be put back on the market and all money will be lost.
*Absolutely NO REFUNDS unless we cannot provide you with the animal you have chosen.
While you are paying off the balance of the payment plan, Lovett Ball Pythons will continue to feed and care for your Ball Python to the highest standard as if it was our own.
• Shipping/delivery arrangements will be made when the outstanding balance is paid in full.
General.
• Lovett Ball Pythons cannot sell to any persons under the age of 18 without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Verifying the legality of owning a Ball Python in your city, state is the buyer's responsibility. Lovett Ball Pythons cannot independently verify all local laws and ordinances.
• Lovett Ball Pythons reserves the right to decline a sale.
