Payments - Unfortunately due to PayPals animal policy I will no longer be accepting payment via goods and services. Must notify me immediately if any problems. Picture of set up and temperatures must be verified. Hydration especially with babies is one of the most important husbandry practices. Also correct temperatures is the 2nd most important item. 100'F to 105 'F at max hot point and low 80s on cool side. Feeding 2 to 3 time's a day with correct sized insects along with correct greens... collard, mustard, turnip and arugula I found is best. Optimal UVB, is also very important! Store credit, or similar replacement is applied if any problems should develop . Good communication is also essential. Alive arrival is guaranteed, someone must be home to accept your bearded dragon on the first attempt, if for some reason you know that you will not be able to accept your dragon, you can have the dragon held at your nearest FedEx hold center. we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the date you are available to accept your dragon, we also have the right to hold from shipping if weather is not safe for shipping, if your dragon has arrived and for what ever reason he or she is deceased, do not throw away the animal, you must contact us with in 30 minutes of you receiving the animal, and it will be handled accordingly, in most case's we will send you a replacement dragon if there is no replacement available a full or partial refund will be given, depending on the situation.


If the customer is not completely satisfied with their order and would like an exchange, the customer must notify us within 5 days. The animal must be returned to us prior to proceeding forward with the exchange requested. The customer assumes all responsibilities for the shipping cost and returning of the animal in good health. The purchase price will then be applied to another available animal. Any differences will either be refunded to the customer or must be paid for (including the additional shipping cost) by the customer prior to shipping out the new animal.


We ship all our dragons knowing that they are in good health and thriving, and feeding great, if for some reason you feel there maybe something not right with your dragon please contact us do not wait until its to late, 99.0% of the time a small change is your dragons habitat could be the key.
We do our best to accurately sex our baby dragons, and have been for many years. There is no guarantee on the baby sex under 6 months old, as these young boys and girls are still developing.

Our number one priority is that your new dragon arrives to you safely, with that being said we only ship fed-ex priority overnight Monday - Wednesday, and also the weather has to meet the requirements as well temperatures not to be over 100 degrees or below 30 degrees at anytime when in shipping. payments methods that I except PayPal, cash if local.
We accept cards through PayPal. A dragon is not considered sold until a payment has been made. A deposit of $50 is required to reserve or hold a dragon if payment cannot be made in full at time of purchase. All deposits are non refundable and payment in full must be made within 1 week.
