Store Policy
Payments can be made via PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Check, Payments are to be paid in full before any animal will be shipped.
Deposits are required to hold an animal and will be 25% of the animals price. Deposits are Non-Refundable, but may be transferred to another animal. Contact me if you would like to arrange a payment plan.
Live arrival is guaranteed. Shipping cost depends on zip code. I will not ship below 40 F or higher than 90 F (my location and yours) for animal safety. You must be home to sign for your new snake on the first delivery attempt. You must give us your full address along with any apartment numbers as needed. Providing the wrong shipping address or not being present on first delivery attempt will void any guarantees.
