Store Policy

*HEALTH POLICY*
Hatchlings must weigh at least 100 grams AND must have accepted 5 consecutive meals before we consider shipping. All animals are presumed in good health and eating consistently unless we state otherwise.
*PAYMENT PLAN POLICY*
Reserving an animal requires a non-refundable 20-50% deposit. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Payment plans can be 30-90 days, with weekly to bi-weekly deposits, depending on the cost of the animal. Please contact me directly to inquire about payment plans. The animal(s) will not be shipped until the payment has been recieved in full.
*SHIPPING POLICY*
Local Pick Up/Meet up is available for those in our area (95482). Shipping rates are NOT included and vary between $65-90 -you will never pay over $90 shipping! It is up to you to quarantine and provide the proper husbandry and enclosure for said animal(s) once they are in your care. Customers have 10 hours from arrival time to reach out and contact us about any health issues or concerns UNLESS it’s a DOA (see below).
DOA
In the unlikely case of a 'Dead On Arrival' immediately photograph, video, bag and freeze the animal. The customer has 1 hour to contact us! If we do not answer please leave a message explaining everything you can. This will count so long as you have done so in the first hour. You MUST properly store and freeze the animal and await further instruction from us. This has never happened but we would like all parties to be prepared just in case.
