Store Policy
We accept Paypal (fee), venmo, zelle and cash app. Due to the nature of animals firing up/down/shedding, colors may vary. We offer payment plans on animals over $300; a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold an animal, with 30 days to pay remaining balance. Purchases over $1000 will have 60 days to pay remaining balance. Any purchase over $600 is subject to request of a picture of ID with name matching the buyer. We hold the right to refuse sell to anyone we deem unfit to care for our animals. Their health and safety will always come first.
Shipping animals will be weather permitting. We ship with cool packs in the summer to ensure overheating doesn't occur and we ship with heat packs in the winter. We will stay in contact if shipment of a purchase cannot occur due to weather change that may be too much risk to the animal. Shipping price depends on your zip code, size of box, and weight. If you'd like a shipping quote, message us with your zip code and we can provide that information for you. We only ship Monday through Wednesday in case of unexpected delays so the animals do not sit in a truck or hub for more than 24 hours.
