Store Policy
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any animals from us, and please feel free to message us with any questions! Payment Plans offered on orders over $100. Geckos can be held for 20% of total price (shipping +gecko) and balance must be paid within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as a credit if balance is not paid within 30 days. Shipping costs are not included in price. Geckos will not be shipped until they reach at least 15 grams. Geckos labeled Male or Female are guaranteed, however TSF or TSM are not guaranteed to be that gender. No refunds.
Shipping will occur Monday-Thursday using FedEx Reptiles2You. Shipping can be stressful, however tail loss in shipping is not grounds for refund. In the unlikely case of a DOA, a gecko of equal value will be shipped (free of shipping charges), or a credit will be issued. You are responsible for contacting me within the hour to notify of safe arrival. If I am not contacted within that time frame, any live arrival guarantees are not applicable.
