PAYMENT
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold and this will not be refunded if the buyer changes their mind, nor can it be transferred to another animal. Payment plans are only possible at my discretion and are to be paid off by 4 weeks unless agreed otherwise. Once full payment has been made no refund will be given if the buyer no longer wishes to purchase the animal, though 75% may be transferred to another animal that is presently for sale at my discretion. Otherwise a 50% refund will be provided.

I accept bank transfer and paypal. When using Paypal either friends and family or goods and services is fine, however, if using goods and services please not prices listed do not include fees so those must be added.

DELIVERY/COLLECTION
A reputable and licenced courier may be used. If no contact is made within an hour of delivery the animal will be assumed to have arrived safely and in good health.

Leachianus and crested geckos come with a 7 day health guarantee domestically so long as proper husbandry is provided. Issues within this period will need to be determined to be the fault of me by a vet in writing. This is only applicable to leachianus and crested geckos shipped within mainland UK. The health guarantee does not apply to; tail drops, improper husbandry of the buyer (including but not limited to; overheating, dehydration, starvation, being kept too wet), or escapees once the animal has left me. This guarantee is voided if I am not contacted within an hour of delivery of the animal to affirm receipt of the animal at the time.

International shipping is done entirely at the buyer's risk, and I hold no responsibility for issues caused due to international transit. I do not offer a live arrival guarantee for international.

Collection is not accepted from my home unless we have a prior working relationship. I am willing to meet somewhere between myself and the buyer depending on distance.

SEXING
I cannot guarantee the sex of young Uroplatus. They are generally possible to sex based on the distinct marking differences between sexes, however, animals do occasionally pop up that look like one sex and prove to be another once they reach sexual maturity. Whilst I am generally confident in the sex I am stating it is, as stated, not guaranteed.

I loupe for pores under 60x magnification on leachianus and crested geckos, however even if there are no pores visible I will not guarantee sex on juvenile animals.

MISC
I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at my discretion without providing a reason.
