This is Wally. Store Policy

Guarantee: All geckos are guaranteed to be healthy and alive upon arrival. Must be present to receive package or any and all guarantees are void. If there is an issue with the gecko upon opening the package, please contact us within an hour of delivery with pertinent info and pictures or video. The gecko should live a long and healthy life as long as proper care is provided; however, once the gecko is in your care we can not be held responsible as the gecko's continued health is now your responsibility.
Sexing: Temperature sexed geckos are not guaranteed. Only geckos that are listed as male and female are guaranteed.
Shipping: Geckos will ONLY be shipped when weather permits. Shipping is through Reptiles 2 You via Fed Ex Priority Overnight Tuesday and Wednesday to the contiguous U.S. The cost is $60 flat rate, I can do combine shipping up to 4 geckos in one shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Local Pickup is also available! I am located in southern California.
Holds: A 25% Non-Refundable deposit is required to put your gecko/s on hold. A 14 day payment period is given after your gecko is placed on hold.
Payment: All Payments are final. By submitting payment you are in agreement of all the terms and policies. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. Payments can be made via PayPal or Zelle to [email protected]; credit/debit card payments are also accepted through Square.
