We are a family-owned business that puts love and care into all of our animals. We do this as a full-time job! We have been in the reptile hobby for over 10 years and love every minute of it. Store Policy
We guarantee all of our animals 100% for sex (geckos excluded, as smaller ones are hard to 100% see spores or lack of spores) and health.
With the growing number of worlds firsts that we produce and have, and the growing number of genes being proven we can no longer 100% guarantee the genetics on our animals. When we have animals in question, we ask a numerous number of breeders in helping i.d. them and give it our best shot and telling exactly what is in it but some genes are hidden or reflected in different combinations that we can no longer be 100% sure anymore and I believe that falls for most breeders out there at this point. We do however under guess animals and never intentionally sell something wrong. We do back our animals that we produce and sell as being 100% het if sold as such! Effective August 22, 2018
Hatchlings are feeding on mice unless stated elsewhere. Geckos deed on Pangea unless otherwise stated. We start snakes on mice and swap to rat pups around 150 grams usually. Weights listed are LOW estimated, if you need exact weight before purchasing, please ask but also take into account that may take a few hours or day or two depending on our workload and someone else can purchase via our website (www.hardwiredexotics.com) in the meantime. I'm posting this here because this happens quite often!
Shipping is not done daily and usually on Tuesdays, but sometimes other arrangements can be made. Our shop is a few hours away from FedEx hubs so it's a planned day not a last-minute day.
SHIPPING IS NOW UPDATED TO $60 FLAT RATE SHIPPING UNLESS ANIMAL/ANIMALS EXCEED 1000 GRAMS.
Animals being shipped must be delivered to a FedEx hub for live arrival guarantee. Any issue with animal needs to be addressed within first 2 hours of FedEx arrival. If you do not plan to pick up within 2 hours of hub arrival, we need to know prior to shipping.
We only offer LAG if hub pickup. You want it shipped to your door then you assume the risk! Much safer for the animal! If you want your package insured from FedEx, then that price is $2 per $100 for money back (please contact us as sometimes even this isn't available). In case of DOA and no insurance bought animal will be replaced when available or credit given, we do not refund payments unless insurance has been bought and processed accordingly.
Local pick up can be arranged which also involves a shop tour (as long as we have time and feel comfortable)!
Payment plans are available for animals over $301, please inquire.
WE DO NOT HOLD NOR HAVE PAYMENT PLANS FOR ANIMALS $300 OR LESS UNLESS YOU PUT HALF DOWN AND REST WITHIN 2 WEEKS. $301 PLUS PURCHASES ARE 25% DOWN NONREFUNDABLE AND WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS AGREED UPON BY CUSTOMER AND US. LENGTH OF PLAN DEPENDS ON WHICH ANIMAL AND CUSTOMER NEEDS BUT USUALLY 30 DAYS UNLESS HIGHER PRICED ANIMAL/ANIMALS OR UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
We do not offer payment returns or anything more than credit given (for amount paid) for 6 months on buyer back outs. You agreed to a payment plan, it is not our responsibility to make sure you can do this, it's yours. However, we understand things can come up and offer 6-month credit to help you. Again, we do not, under any circumstance, send funds back once sent unless animal is no longer available, or insurance was purchased on a DOA and processed accordingly, and carrier refunds us to send to you.
We except PayPal through our website at www.hardwiredexotics.com only (no PayPal on payment plans or direct payments outside of our website!!!!!!!!!!!! ) Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App preferred, Square, Money Orders, Gold, Silver, and Cash are also accepted. Let us know what best suits you. (We also trade sometimes for things of value non animal related) Again, no refunds are given under any circumstances as people attempt to scam, twist, and manipulate any policies we have used previously. Don't trust?, don't buy from us, that simple. Sorry it has to be that way now. =(
FL RESIDENTS MUST HAVE A CLASS 3 to ship too or obtain an import permit (for free) from FWC. This is not our responsibility!
