Store Policy
STORE POLICY/ TERMS AND SHIPPING:
All animals will be honestly represented. All our animals will be feeding and properly sexed at the time of delivery. All our animals will arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an airport or FEDEX hub be picked up promptly or that someone is present to receive the package when shipped to a residence or business. We do not guarantee live arrival on door-to-door shipments during extreme temperatures under 35 or over 95 degrees Fahrenheit. We adhere to all recommendations provided by Ship Your Reptiles under their temperature guidelines. Royal Canvas Exotics reserves the rights to decline to ship in unsafe conditions. We will only ship Monday-Wednesday. Our preferred method of shipment is ship to a FedEx hub near you. This ensures that your ball python will not be riding around in a FedEx truck unnecessarily in 20F or 95F weather. Local pickup is available at select shows such as the New York Metro Reptile Expo or Long Island Reptile Expo.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the animal.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards including PayPal. All checks must be cleared by bank before shipping takes place.
We accept payment plans on a case by case basis. 20% of the total price of the animal is due as a down payment. The 20% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. After receiving the 20% deposit we will place the animal on hold as you make payments as per a negotiated schedule. DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF BUYER FAILS TO COMPLETE PAYMENT UPON THE NEGOTIATED TIMEFRAME. Shipping will be arranged when the animal is paid in full. We will never ship an animal before full payment is received. *Please note, when doing a payment plan, there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan*. Any money received can be extended as credit towards another animal we have for sale or future offspring.
