About
We are a Colorado based reptile hobby entering the world of breeding invertebrates and reptiles. Our team has 8 years of reptile knowledge and experience. We currently specialize in millipede breeding and keeping with plans to expand in 2021.
At Harvest Exotics we are strong believers in recycling, for this reason shipment boxes and containers are sometimes reused. Any contents in the box can be recycled as well and we appreciate our customers in helping us reduce waste.
Store Policy
Seasonal Shipping: animals now have the option to be shipped overnight, 2 day or 3 day depending on weather, otherwise stated.
How to Pay:
We accept PayPal, Venmo or credit cards via Square invoicing. If using PayPal G&S we add a 3% fee to transactions.
PAYPAL POLICY:
If buyer is paying via PayPal it is their responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. If shipping address is not confirmed it will be at the buyers expense for a new label/address change. The fee for so is $18. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
Sexing Policies:
The Harvest Exotics team will do our best to sex your animal but we offer no guarantee on correct sex unless otherwise stated.
Millipede sales in which the buyer request a male and female will have a $10 fee added. We cannot guarantee breeding pairs.
Shipping Policies:
We ship Monday-Wednesday with the exception of holidays.
We only ship when temperatures are above 32F or below 100F on both sides of shipment, excluding isopods and millipedes.
We include the cost of heat and cryo-packs into our shipping costs when they are necessary for proper temps.
We ship invertebrates using 2 or 3 day shipping, everything else is shipped overnight. We only ship via UPS or FedEx.
Arrive Alive Guarantees:
We do offer guaranteed live arrival on all of our animals for up to 48 hours after delivery. We do not offer refunds but will always offer replacements. We will either replace your animal with the likeness of what was purchased or offer a replacement of a different species of the same value.
For our guarantee to be granted the buyer must have been present to receive their shipment. For DOA shipments, buyer must notify us within 1 hour of delivery and provide pictures.
