PLEASE REVIEW THE ENTIRE STORE POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH LIZZY’S LIZARDS
When purchasing from Lizzy’s Lizards you are agreeing to the store policy’s below.
-----LIVE ARRIVE GUARANTEE------
All Reptiles have a live arrival guarantee when held and picked up from a local Fedex ship Center. Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping and fees.
Any concerns regarding live arrival guarantee must be addressed with 2 hours of of pick-up or delivery.
------CIRCUMSTANCES THAT VOID THE LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.-----
1. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
2. Shipping anywhere except a Fedex Hub.
3. Failure to be present for delivery, or failure to pick up your animal within 2 hours of arrival at a Fed-Ex Facility voids the live arrival guarantee.
5.) A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided.
------REFUNDS AND RETURNS-------
-In case of DOA full refund of the price of the animal minus shipping cost and fees will be issued. In case DOA or death on arrival photographic and video evidence must be provided no exceptions.
-Failure to be present for delivery, or failure to pick up your animal within 2 hours of arrival at a Fed-Ex Facility voids the live arrival guarantee and any refund.
-When picking up the package at a local FedEx ship center if package has not been picked up from FedEx within 8 hours of package being ready for pickup, package will be shipped and returned back to me. In that situation absolutely no refunds will be issued as well as any future inquiries will be declined.
- If customer puts a 40% deposit down from a payment plan and then decides to back out, that money will not be refunded.
--Returns will NOT be accepted.--

Sex of reptile is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise in posting. The statement “probable female” or “probable male” is not a guarantee on the sex.
----PAYMENT PLANS----
Purchases over $300 are qualified for a payment plan.
40% deposit non-refundable through PayPal family and friends or venmo only. (Deposit example: Reptile is $300 then 40% deposit would be $120)
This payment plan will hold the animal(s) for up to 4 weeks .
If full payment is not paid by the end of the 4 weeks, customer loses any hold on any animal and will not be refunded the 40% deposit.
----SHIPPING----
* Currently Lizzy’s Lizards is only Shipping to your local FedEx ship center hub for pickup**
● Shipping price is $35-$100 depending on location. Shipping is only offered for the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Any delays in transit are out of my control.
Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping.
● Delays in shipping may be permitted when weather temperatures are
below 38 degrees Fahrenheit and higher than 95 degrees Fahrenheit in
ether origin or destination location.
● Reptiles will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday Fed-Ex priority
overnight only. Reptiles well-being comes first.
● Tail-loss can occur during shipping due to stress , there is nothing I can
do if this does happen.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
