We want to make certain that you get the best animals available. Whether it's an animal, payment, or delivery, your entire satisfaction is contingent on our actions and capacity to prevent any complications. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read the whole Terms of Sale. If you have any questions, please contact us. You agree to these conditions by placing an order. These conditions are in place to safeguard both parties.
All photographs displayed on our websites are authentic images taken by us, showcasing the actual snake available for purchase.
We are pleased to offer a professional reptile boid panel test in partnership with Research Associates Laboratory. This comprehensive test screens for arenavirus, nidovirus, and ophidian paramyxovirus in reptile boids before shipment. This service, provided at cost to the purchaser, ensures the reptiles' health and prevents the spread of infectious diseases. For more information or to request this test, please contact us.

Morph pay will not be accepted during winter weather here in michigan, payment plan options are accepted for this time of the year. pick up at a local expo is another option for lower cost animals.

Full payment is required before shipment is scheduled.
PAYMENT PLANS
Invoices or deposit invoces must be paid within one hour of receipt. and payments of at least 25% every 15 days.
*Payment Plans Not Available on Auction Wins. Final payment must be supplied in full within 48 hours of the end of the Auction*

We do not hold animals without a deposit.
Under $500: For purchases under $500, the payment plan will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This means that the payment terms and conditions will be determined based on individual circumstances. Shipping is flat rate of $85
Over $500: For purchases of over $500, a 30-day payment plan is available. Shipping is included in the list price of animals over $500
$1000-$1500: For purchases falling within the $1000 to $1500 range, a 60-day payment plan will be provided. Free shipping is guaranteed for eligible purchases falling within this range.
$1500-$3000: For purchases in the $1500 to $3000 range, a 90-day payment plan will be offered. Like the previous tiers, free shipping is also available for eligible purchases within this range.
Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to specific conditions and requirements, and not all purchases may qualify for the outlined payment plans or free shipping. Customers should inquire and confirm the details before making a purchase.
The payment plan duration can be adjustable as every situation is unique and is at the discretion of the seller. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on any money collected throughout the payment plan process (even above the initial 25% deposit). If you are unable to complete your payment plan, we will gladly extend you store credit toward another animal we have for sale or future offspring.
If you miss a payment, your animal will be returned to the market until you make up the difference. If the animal sells before you finish paying it off, you can transfer any payments, excluding your 25% deposit, to another animal(s) of equal or lesser value.
This is subject to change with or without notice. If the seller backs out of the sale, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. The refund is only applicable if the seller no longer can produce the animal agreed for sale. Delays in shipping due to weather, holidays, etc, will not result in a refund! H&H Pythons has the right to refuse service or a sale to any potential buyer. Every animal is sold on a first come first serve basis. If the payment is not received, the animal is not sold.
Once again, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, If you miss a payment, your animal will be returned to the market until you make up the difference. If the animal sells before you finish paying it off, you can transfer any payments, excluding your 25% deposit, to another animal(s) of equal or higher value.
SHIPPING
***WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO HUB FOR PICKUP FOR THE ANIMAL'S SAFETY***
Tuesday or Wednesday are the days for shipping. We only ship when the temperature is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The animal will be delivered to the nearest FedEx Shipping Center with a complete team and picked up at the hub. To identify the ideal time to ship your package, we will assess the weather in both our area and the customer's area.
Shipping charges will be billed separately at time of shipping. A rough estimate can be given at the time of the sale but please note it is subject to change. Free shipping on purchases $1,000 or higher.
** Live Arrival Guarantee: All of our animals are packaged with redline shipping for safe, live delivery through Fed-Ex next day delivery with a heat pack or chill pack as needed. All of the animals are assured to arrive alive. Any concerns with the box or animal must be notified to Fed-Ex as soon as possible after delivery, and subsequently to us. The live arrival guarantee will be void if the box is left outside in the elements and H&H Pythons is not alerted within an hour of the recorded delivery time. Any DOA claims must be accompanied with video proof of DOA during the snakes un-boxing. we reserve the right to require video proof or have the animal shipped back before giving a refund.
Health guarantee is 24 hours.
Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
*Any non feeding issue needs to be addressed within 30 days to make exchange arrangements if deem needed. Pictures of setup and proper temp regulations may be requested.
ANIMAL ATTRIBUTES/GENETICS:
All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within that window. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased. You must provide a notarized veterinary statement that specializes in reptiles as proof of an incorrectly sexed animal.
Genetics are identified to the best of our ability with no attempt to mislead anyone. In rare cases, an animal may not always prove out as identified. We use clutch mates and previous clutches to help ID animals, and also refer with other breeders if a gene is in question. If the incorrect animal was shipped to you in error, the claim period is 4 hours from signing for the package as time-stamped by FedEx tracking. The buyer is fully responsible for asking questions regarding weight/pictures/feeding type. The seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
