Hi, I'm AJ, or Alishia if you want to use my full name.
I have been breeding reptiles for 10+ years now, my first clutch being a clutch of corn snakes in 2014, one of which I ended up keeping and she hs produced quite a few lovely clutches for me.
After I started with corn snakes, I moved on to also breeding Western hognoses, which quickly became a passion for me, particularly working with the frosted morph.
Sadly, in 2023, I had to suddenly downsize my collection, and therefore my breeding projects, a lot due to personal reasons, but I am getting back on my feet and hope to be breeding again soon enough.
I managed to keep my frosted project for my western hognoses, as well as a few of my corn snakes, my singular KSB and my royal pythons. All being well I'll be able to expand my collection again soon enough.

Store Policy
1. Payment.
If the animal is being collected in person, payment can be made either online via Paypal, or via cash at the time of collection. For all animals that are being sent via courier, payment is to be made via Paypal only. Full payment for any animal is required prior to the animal changing hands, whether that be on collection or before the animal leaves on a courier run.
Non-refundable 25% deposit required to hold any animal over £60 for up to 2 weeks. This deposit will only hold for 2 weeks, unless otherwise discussed, and if no other payments are made at the end of this 2 week period, unless otherwise discussed, the animal will go back up for sale.
Payment plans available on any animal over £150, within reason, or multiple animals adding up to over £150, not including courier cost.
Payment plans will be discussed in detail, and it is the buyers responsibility to maintain payments as discussed.
Should the buyer miss a payment with no prior communication, the animal will go back up for sale, the initial 25% deposit will be kept as non-refundable, and any further money will be refunded.
2. Courier.
I personally use Ridgeway Courier, as they are the only courier I have experience of using in the UK, but I am aware there are other couriers available. Should the buyer not approve of Ridgeway, or simply want to use someone else, it is their responsibility to book their own registered courier once the animal is paid in full. If the courier booking is left up to me, the cost of the courier needs to be paid to me before the animal is booked with the courier.
3. Returns & Refunds.
All animals are photographed and videoed the day they are packaged up for courier, or before collection, as proof that they are healthy when leaving me. Should something happen during the courier process and the animal arrives injured, sufficient proof* of said injury will be required and the courier will need to be contacted by the relevant party to determine the cause, and to agree on an outcome that works for all parties involved.
If, in any case, the animal is DOA, sufficient proof will be required from the buyer. If sufficient proof is shown, a full refund for the animal will be provided. Depending on whether the courier was booked by myself, or by the buyer would determine whether that is refunded by me as well, or not.
*Sufficient proof of injury or DOA would be pictures and/or videos of the animal upon arrival at the buyers location.
