Store Policy
PAYMENT:
I currently accept the following payment methods:
CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and Square invoices.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is a flat rate of $65 via Fedex Overnight in the US, unless otherwise specified. Most of the time, multiple animals can ship in the same box for one fee
I ship according to the temperatures at the final destination and along the way.
I only ship overnight to your local fed ex hub. Animals MUST be picked up within 2 hours of the opening of the FedEx hub, or the live arrival guarantee is void.
GUARANTEE
I guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy and properly sexed. All animals will only be shipped for pickup at your local hub. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a dead on arrival animal it is your responsibility to contact us within the hour to let us know of the d.o.a. so that your live arrival guarantee is not void. In the event of a d.o.a., if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
I do not guarantee live arrival on shipments to your door under any conditions, unless stated otherwise.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
GENETICS
Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed.
