Store Policy

Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase. Payment plans are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. With respect to payment plans, any deposit(s) made toward the total purchase price of the animal(s) are considered non-refundable in the event the buyer defaults or decides they do not wish to complete the transaction in full.

Shipping:
Animals can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States (with the exception of Illinois, Iowa, and any other states where owning a Western Hognose not permitted). Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday through Reptile Express in strict compliance with their shipping guidelines using FedEx Priority Overnight Service. We will monitor the weather forecast in your area prior to shipping and include heat/cold packs as needed. In the event temperatures at the pick-up or drop-off location are expected to be below 40° F or exceed 95° F, shipping will be postponed until temperatures are more favorable. The health guarantee will be automatically void on any packages sent to a residential address if not signed for at time of delivery. When having your animal(s) shipped to a FedEx Hub, we strongly recommend calling the hub prior to shipping to ensure the location will accept packages containing live animals.

Health & Sex Guarantee:
All animals sold were produced by The Hissin’ Pig Hognose unless explicitly stated otherwise and will include a complimentary fourteen (14) day health and sex guarantee (unless sold as unsexed). Animals will be listed for sale only after they have taken a minimum of five (5) meals. Any animals deemed by us to not be candidates for future breeding for any reason will be clearly advertised as pet quality only. If an animal has been sold previously and returned, this as well as the reason for the return will be disclosed to any potential buyers. If no one is available to receive the animal at time of delivery, this guarantee will be automatically voided. We reserve the right to refuse guarantees due to improper handling or husbandry.

Returns & DOA:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note in all instances the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Upon return of the animal, arrangements for a replacement will be made. A refund or credit will be issued for the cost of the animal minus original shipping costs if a replacement is unavailable. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify us within 24 hours of the package being delivered or picked up from the hub. Photo proof may be requested, and/or we may request the body be sent back to us. Credits and refunds after fourteen (14) days are on a case by case basis only and are NOT guaranteed.

Records:
Extensive records are kept on all animals in our care, and you will receive copies of these records with your animal. These records include information on past feedings, sheds, and growth for your specific animal(s). If for any reason the records are incomplete, they will be noted as such.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
