Store Policy
** ATTENTION**
With the FedEx shipping delays we have been experiencing, we will no longer be shipping direct to residential addresses. In order to have on time/live arrival insurance coverage, we must ship direct to a hub and only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Until times change, this will be new protocol. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but it’s that safest bet for the animals, and securing your investment as well.
We accept payment through PayPal or Venmo. If you buy an animal via local pickup, we will accept cash or money order. We allow payment plans that must be paid in full within 90 days and according to the individualized terms. We will not ship/ release the animal until the payment has been paid in full, along with shipping costs. Sorry, no refunds on any money submitted as a deposit or in accordance with a payment plan. However, if for some reason you feel the need to back out, we will credit you for another animal that exact amount towards a future purchase. The animal will remain in our good care until he/she is shipped/picked up. If this is your first time owning a ball python, we will also ship/send care sheets with helpful instructions on how to care for your new companion upon request, as well as informational sheets on last three feeding dates, origin, etc. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
