I guarantee health, genetics and gender unless other wise noted.
Shipping is done Tuesdays and Wednesdays with FedEx through Ship Your Reptiles and will be done FedEx hub to FedEx hub and held for pickup. You must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is void.
No home deliveries are available. I am not responsible for carrier delays.
In the event of a DOA, you must contact me within 2 hours of delivery. Time of delivery will be by the online tracking notification via FedEx. It will be necessary to send photos of the actual animal and I may ask for the animal to be returned. Failure to contact me within 2 hours of delivery will void all live arrival guarantees.
After you receive the animal I offer a 48 hour guarantee, I can not be responsible for it once in your care.
I do offer payment plans, I ask for a 20% non refundable deposit and the balance due in 60 days. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to another available animal. All sales are final.
With the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete/Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals, however Recessive/Heterozygous genes are always guaranteed.
