Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE:
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Every animal we produce at HHR is guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well and honestly represented.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made through Paypal or Venmo.
Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions.
To hold any animal- a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid. All Deposits are non-refundable
Snakes will remain for sale until a deposit is made or full cost is cleared.
Payment plans can be discussed on an individual basis and will be agreed upon by both parties.
Failure to pay in full within the allotted time will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments are non-refundable, but are transferable to another purchase.
SHIPPING:
Shipping Cost: $50
Snakes will only be shipped Fedex HUB to Fedex HUB and only when temperature and weather permit. Shipping is done between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 2 hours of arrival at HUB. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
We have done our best to identify each gene accurately in each snake. We have worked with multiple breeders to give our honest best guess of what genes a snake has based off of the pairing. If you have any questions about the gene combo or want your own second opinion- please do so before purchasing the snake.
