Store Policy
PAYMENT PLAN
We offer a payment plan on any animal listed for $250 or more that will need to be paid within 30 days. If full payment isn't received by the end of the 30 days, the payments will be refunded minus a 20% non refundable deposit of the animal. This also counts for holding an animal. We won't hold an animal unless a 20% non refundable deposit or full payment has been received. Of course we will hold an animal after a full payment till either weather permits to ship the animal safely or till the animal gained the desired weight to be shipped. We will not ship leopard geckos under 15-20 grams under any circumstances unless meeting up in person.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
If it is one of those cases where the gecko(s) didn’t make it, we will need to be informed within 2 hours after the gecko has been picked up from your local FedEx hub. If we are not notified within those 2 hours, the live arrival guarantee is void. We do require a picture of the gecko if not arrived alive and we will refund your money. We do not provide refunds if you decide you don’t want the gecko anymore as we don't do buyer's remorse. We also don't do refunds or partial refunds if a gecko drops tail during shipping as this is always a risk.
SHIPPING
We ship Tuesday and Wednesday to FedEx hubs only for the safety for the animal(s) due to covid-19. We do not ship if temperatures exceed over 88 degrees or if temperatures drop below 40 degrees at any time during the day or night. Shipping rates will depend on your location. They can vary from $50 to $100 depending on where you live.
