Store Policy
Auctions - Animals must be paid in full at the end of an auction. We accept payment through Cash ap and Zelle.
We offer pick up in Cincinnati, Ohio or Shipping FedEx overnight available to the continental states where legal and with temperatures permitting. Buyer is responsible for knowing State/Federal laws. Must be 18 years old and over to purchase. Short term payment plans are available. Animals can be held with a 30% non-refundable deposit for up to 30 days unless other arrangements are made . All deposits are non-refundable. All animals are guaranteed healthy, eating and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. All animals are always represented honestly to the best of my ability. Buyer is responsible to verify sex within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement, or guarantee is null and void. Someone must be available to accept delivery. If shipped to a FedEx facility, buyer must pick the animal up by noon or guarantee will be void. When you receive the animal please inspect it and notify us immediately of any issues or concerns. Once the animal has been inspected set the animal up in a proper enclosure and allow the animal to acclimate to its new environment. Once the animal is in the customer's hands, I cannot control what the customer does or the new environment the animal is in, so this is as far as the guarantee runs. All of my animals are guaranteed eating in my care, due to the change of environment I cannot guarantee that any animal will continue to eat on the same routine it was for me. When an animal does not eat, it is not a valid reason for replacement or credit to be given. All animals are handled and represented to the best of my ability, however we are not responsible for the behavior/temperament of the animal when it is in a new environment. Buyer is responsible for doing their research and knowing what they are purchasing.
