Store Policy
25% deposit unless stated in advert to secure by bank transfer Or Paypal friends and family unless agreed
No snake will be put on hold without a deposit
Will we normally only hold a snake that is ready to leave for 14 days useless a payment plan has been arranged this is only for a maximum of 2 months over £200 any payment plan that goes over agreed terms will be lost only the deposit of 25% will be refunds if the length of term has not be met
please ask us we will try make a agreement to suits both of us
We will consider a longer payment plan if snakes are over £500 or multiple snakes are purchased
deposits are none refundable unless payment plan can’t be me only 25% will be refunded

All snakes must be paid for in full before shipping
I will ensure that all our royals are in good health and have had at least 6 good strike feeds or 100g before we will Allow them to leave us

All hatchings come with feeding cards & care sheets , we are always here for any future advice needed on any or our snakes

If snake was to pass away while with us a full refund will be issued or the funds can be passed onto another Snake of the same value
Please ask any questions about genetics etc before making a commitment to buy and your 💯 happy with your choice , regular updates will be given to buyer until they leave us
