Store Policy
- Payments are made through Square or paypal. Other
payment methods can be discussed.
- Overnight fed-ex shipping costs depend on
buyers location. Will be discussed.
- Payment plans discussed on individual basis.
- Buyer must confirm he or she will be home
upon arrival of purchased snake. Hub to hub
shipping preferred.
- Shipment will take place only when
temperatures permit at both our location and
buyers
- Sex of snakes guaranteed. Only
snakes that have been eating consistently will
be shipped.
- Live arrival guarantee. Must be home for drop-off on the first day it’s delivered and if shipped to HUB must be picked up within 3 hours of hub opening to receive live arrival guarantee. Please have proper
husbandry skills and knowledge of ball pythons.
