-Buyer must be available for delivery upon first attempt.
-Package must be opened with in 30 mins of delivery.
-If there are any issues with the animal, you must contact us with in the first hour after delivery/pick up.
-temps are above 50 degrees or below 90 degrees in both the shipping and receiving state
Sex Guarantee
-If an animal is found to be Sexed incorrectly, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement.
Genetics Guarantee
-If the Genetics of an animal are found to be incorrect, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement.
Health Guarantee
- All animals come with health Guarantee. We guarantee any animal shipped from us has taken atleast 3 meals and is currently on feeding on the appropriate sized a prey item. No signs of sickness were visible at time of shipping.
Veterinarian Documentation, photograph/videos may be required to process any insurance claims. There may be a 2-6 week processing time on any claims.
Please have proper enclosure before animals leave our location.
