About
I am a hobbyist breeder based in Sussex. Royal Pythons have become my passion and I aim to produce some stunning examples. I breed purely to improve my collection and only sell those animals that do not fit into any of my future breeding plans.
Store Policy
Payments, Deposits and Refunds
A 25% deposit is required to hold any animal and all deposits are non refundable unless it's in the unlikely event of me cancelling any sale, if that happens then I will refund the deposit and any other monies paid.
Payment plans may be available upon request and must be mutually agreed before any deposits are received.
Reptile Courier
If you require an animal to be couriered to you this must be at a cost to yourselves. I am happy to book this if required, personal delivery may also be possible depending on your location.
All outstanding payments MUST be made no later than 72 hours before collection or I will contact the courier and cancel the collection
Animal Attributes
I guarantee that any animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
If I send the wrong animal ( this will NOT happen) as proven by you, I will either send the correct animal at my expense or issue a full refund after receiving the incorrect animal back.
Claim Period is 24 hours and Return Period is on the couriers next run at the very latest
I guarantee the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown.
If an animal is incorrectly sexed you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the animal and I will either replace the animal or issue a full refund once the animal is returned to me.
All weights are correct at the time of placing the ad and a current weight can be sent upon request. All efforts are made to ensure weights sent are "empty" weights but please allow for up to a 15% difference when you receive the animal incase it has since deficated.
I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving any animal if the weight is less than 85% of the last requested weights update, in the unlikely event of this happening I will offer a full refund once the animal is returned or a partial refund if you wish to still keep the animal.
Animal Health
I guarantee that all animals are healthy when they leave me and must be checked by the courier when collected or by yourself if you are collecting personally.
If an animal dies or is lost due to my negligence in shipping then I will issue a full refund, if the negligence is on the part of the courier then it is the couriers responsibility to compensate you.
Any issue with an animal upon receipt must be notified immediately and certainly within 4 hours, proof of the issue must also be provided in the form of photos and video.
I am not responsible for animal temperament.
