About

Image Reptiles is based out of Baltimore, MD. We are hobbyist minded, focusing on high quality projects and excellent customer service. We are home to the Carbon Ball Python as well as a wide array of other morphs and combos!

We have been keeping and breeding reptiles for nearly 15 years, in that time we have kept a variety of species but always seemed to come back to Ball Pythons. We strive to provide the best customer service experience possible, we are always open to take questions or just talk shop, and we hope to provide top quality animals that bring the same sort of joy to their new owners that keeping them brings us.

Store Policy
All payments are due within 24 hours of commitment to purchase unless discussed otherwise. Paypal is the accepted form of payment.

Shipping, dependent upon weather, will occur within 2 days of purchase unless otherwise discussed. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, properly sexed, and shipped professionally.

We only ship out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
We will only ship animals if we think the conditions are safe.

Overnight shipping via FedEx to be held at your nearest FedEx hub is preferred, however FedEx home delivery is also an option, but you must sign for the animal on the first delivery attempt.

Failure to pick up the animal on the day of arrival, or to sign for that animal on the first delivery attempt, invalidates the live arrival guarantee.

PAYMENT PLANS:

Available on a case by case basis, we are usually open to the idea, but will always require a 25% non-refundable downpayment. Should you choose to back out of the payment plan for any reason, I will refund all payments made EXCEPT the initial 25% deposit. Holding an animal for a payment plan, then having a buyer back out costs potential sales, the non-refundable deposit is a means to recoup some of those losses.
