If you or anyone else gets bit, stung, scratched, physically debilitated, or anything else as it relates to the animal, it is solely your responsibility and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability therein. Always exercise caution with animals. We are not culpable for what the animals do once they are shipped. Order at your own risk.

We make our best efforts, but we are not always 100% accurate. Snakes are generally very easy to determine sex/gender, but we still group them in with the overall disclaimer.
